I remember that one well - freaked me out as a kid.

I've got a DVD of public information films. The really creepy ones are the ones that were supposed to be aired in the event of a nuclear war (the Protect & Survive series - gotta dig the "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" jingle at the end of 'em) :/

I always remember "Think once Think Twice Think Bike" because of an episode of The Young Ones ("Think once... think twice... think don't drive your car on the pavement")
