Youtube is very good quality for that in fact, I'm impressed. I'll have to later pimp this to everybody I know. :)

I was surprised, actually - I've had mixed results with quality on Youtube. I think their transcoder prefers certain parameters/codecs on the video you feed it. I just fed it the original mp4.
