Unless you want to switch to a I HAVE GLASSES style, I'd keep the current one but if you want a pair with stronger frames (which IMHO you don't need as you have strong eyebrows), a "flat" style as in No 3 would suit you better.
In reverse, I look stupid in frameless ones because I don't have any eyebrows...
I think something more like your current style (ie with lighter, thinner frames) would be better than the ones you've posted. The rectangular shape is cool, but only if you can see through them properly! :)
Not 4. Either the ones you've got now or something close to 3 could look good - it begins to depend on the shape and fit, and on what you're wearing...
