As recommended by

- Snuggling under a duvet; alone or with company.
- LED alarm clocks (legible in the dark and without glasses).
- Bedterms.
- St. Etienne.
- Computers letting me talk to distant friends.
- New friendships.
- The Dub Side of the Moon.
- Pretty faces, especially mouths.
- Taking a photograph and having it come out well.
- Watching a photograph fade into view in a tray of developer.
- Riding a motorbike and feeling at one with the machine and the scenery.
- Driving a good car and feeling that it is an extension of my body (not like that), rather than a separate entity - feeling *connected* to the car rather than merely driving it. The scenery sliding over the bonnet (can I have a separate list for cars and driving, please?).
- Track driving.
- Kissing.
- Trying something new and discovering I enjoy it/am good at it.
- Arriving at the top of a hill and seeing a beautiful view.
- Shiny tech.
- Running my hand along the curves of a beautiful car.
- Singing along to something when I am alone.
- Being there for friends.
- Cooking something successfully.
- FIxing things.
- My goldfish.
- Being a mac user.
- Friendly cats.
- Good films.
- Standing unprotected in warm rain.
- The smell of rain.
- Thunderstorms.
- Looking at the stars.
- My underfloor heating.
- Baths.
- Holidays in America.
- Skiing.
- Getting accepted for a job (am I allowed things that haven't happened yet?).
- Long hair.
- Discovering good music via friends.
- Simply mechanical things in an electronic age (old cars/motorbikes, clockwork watches/clocks, locks).
- Other peoples' vanity domains.
- Love.
- Becoming a weight I'm happy with.
- Interesting colours of nail polish.
- Driving out to a village for a pub lunch with friends.
- Attractive eyes.
- The sound of a thoroughbred engine - a symphony in metal.
- Nice beer.
- Port.
- Laptops, wireless networking, and a sofa.
