Yours is a little to the right, but looks like you were parking up level with the other AR. However, aforementioned other AR looks like it was parked level with nothing in particular, perhaps a duck that had wandered into the neighbouring bay ;-)

Something very similar happened to me a few years ago. More common car, but I got more in common with the registration.

I think some garages must register a bunch of cars consecutively - I was trying to narrow down saffie1981's registration by trial and error using the bits I knew (P5** LKP) and the RAC vehicle data search, and most of the likely range mapped to Golfs like hers, many of the appropriate colour.
